Ginkgo biloba, native to China, has long been used in Chinese herbal medicine for its numerous nutritional benefits for the brain and circulatory system

Recent interest in Ginkgo biloba has focused on its benefits to brain function, especially as it pertains to the decreased blood vessel elasticity, decreased blood fluidity, and insufficient blood, oxygen, and nutrient flow to the brain that can come with advancing age.

Studies over the past 30 years show that 120 to 240 mg of Ginkgo biloba extract per day supports increased blood flow to the brain resulting in increased oxygen and glucose utilization and subsequent improvement in mental function.*

Suggested Use
